Well it really depends on what you want to fly. Do you want to fly fighters, or attack, or cargo, or perhaps something else? If you want to fly fighters, do you want the F-15, or F-16, or F/A-18? Different branches fly different aircraft and different missions, so you should choose the one which matches whatever it is you' d like ...

I can't give you a definite answer on that, you will have to check with the air force to find a definite answer.. However, I believe you could do it before you reach the cut off age. Since you already have a degree, you could take the AFOQT and then apply for a pilots slot. If you recieve one you would then go to OTS, and then on to ...
