So I was thinking of checking no on every box on the prescreen sheet. You think they will ever find anything? Im thinking they will find it during the TS clearance.

Don't lie on your questionaires!  There is a good chance that it will come back and bite you.  I had a friend with asthma go to boot camp.  He had an attack and was separated...not good.
