Also F-22 I told you 3.9 - lolJake According to Ultimate College Guide 2006, the AVERAGE GPA of the incoming freshman class at USAFA is 3.90

  • Re: AFA PREPERATION??

USAFA wants good grades. A 3.30 probably isn't going to cut it. Do whatever it takes to get a 4.00. Remember that the average GPA at USAFA is 3.90. Other than that, it sounds like you are doing well. Join Civil Air Patrol and talk to your counselor so they can further help you. AFA doesn't care if you know ...

  • Re: Getting Prepared For The Air Force Academy as a middle schooler.

Hey, It's always cool to see kids preparing for the Air Force early on, like I did. The Academy really wants well-rounded individuals. It will really help your chances at getting in if you have a varsity letter from high school. But that's not all, you have to be staminatic and in very good shape. USAFA students are ...

That's idiotic, the average age of fighter pilots is about 30 with training and all. Most pilots don't even graduate from college until they are 22. Then they have years of training. It's not about sharpness of youth, it's about experience. Just like 70 years olds are often better drivers than 18 year olds.

  • Re: becoming an A-10 pilot

Fighters and attackers are all pretty close in difficulty. The Air Force has about the same number of attackers as fighters. Even though an attacker doesn't get into dogfights, people will still want to fly them. Plus the best of the best fly fighters, then the ones that are just below are attackers, bombers, then they get ...

  • USAFA bound

Hello, My name is Zach and I have been obsessed with flight since I was four. I always knew I wanted to go to the Air Force Academy, but I recently decided that I am going to do whatever it takes to get in. It has always been my dream to fly a F-22, F-18, F-117, or F-16. Not that it matters but I have been playing flight ...
