  • Re: Airbus Cabin vs Boeing Cabin

oh, and to add on to my previous post, here's an example of the 777 interior being applied to a new 767 and the great improvement it offers: Before (old 767 interior): http://www.airliners.net/open.file/263184/L/ New (777 interior applied to 767): http://www.airliners.net/open.file/264880/L/

  • Re: Middle bins removal on A340

Just because a FEW select airlines remove overhead bins for FC passengers does not give the A340's interior a significant advantage. Just because the A340 has the capability to remove bins does not mean that it is better than the 777's interior, which provides more headroom and is sleek and modern throughout the entire plane.

  • Re: Airbus Cabin vs Boeing Cabin

For Boeing, the 777-style interior is by far the best. Boeing is also now offering it on new production 767s and 744ERs. Boeing has also recently redesigned the interior cabin for new 737NGs and 757s. All Airbus planes have fairly spacious cabins. As to which cabin is better (777 vs. A330/A340) for longhaul flights, I personally feel the 777 ...

  • Re: Advice needed Urgently by Actual Fighter Pilot(s), Please!!

Hi Bernice Determination is the most important factor and it seems like you have already taken care of that one :) Unfortunately you have to be a US Citizen to fly for the USAF. But what about flying for your own country ? Aren't you buying the Gripen ? I would love to fly that myself. It is a wonderful aircraft. Keep the grades up and start ...

  • Airlines with best / worst luggage handling

Many passengers are dissatisfied with careless luggage handing of airlines, like luggage loss, damage of fragile items. So I would like to discuss the airline with best / worst luggage handling, in terms of punctuality and damage to fraglie items. I think Cathay Pacific has excellent luggage handing, as there is almost no complaints on luggage ...

  • ETOPS & LROPS

Airbus supported ETOPS since 1970's because Airbus did not produce any intercontinental aircrafts before 1983, when A310 and A300-600 were introduced. ETOPS is mainly used for non-transocean routes, so airlines can use more economical twins for such routes. But ETOPS is not suitable for long transocean routes, especially for routes going via ...

Emirates, Virgin Atlantic, Singapore Airlines, Qantas, Qatar Airways, Lufthansa, Air France ordered A380, and they would be used for high passenger routes like Europe - USA, Sydney - USA / London. The freighter version is ordered by Fedex.
