  • Re: AVITOP.COM aviation banner exchange

Well I want to add on this subject that I really appreciate it that you are providing this banner exchange. After airshowreport and aeroseek both stopped their banner exchange services, no proper (military) aviation banner exchange was available to my knowledge. It is nice to have a working banner exchange again. Not only for the advertising but ...

  • The chartered subsidary of flag carriers

It is common for European flag carriers to operate their charter subsidaries, like Condor for Lufthansa, Eurofly for Alitalia, to compete the true charter carriers like LTU of Germany, Edelweiss of Switzerland. Both of them have very different or even opposite fleet selection comapred to their flag carriers. Lufthansa did not order and Boeings ...

  • Airline focus: Air Asia of Malaysia

Air Asia of Malaysia was Malaysia's 2nd national carrier. It was sold to Tune Air on 12 Dec 2001, and is changed to low fare airline since then. It becomes Asia's 1st ticketless low fare airline since 13 Apr 2002. It then moved to KLIA since 4 Jul 2002, thus making better passenger service for Kuala Lumpur residents. Its fleet consists of 5 ...

  • The always money earning / losing airlines

I think Singapore Airlines is an airline that earns money every year, even in 1991 Gulf Crisis and 1997-1998 Asian Economic Crisis. I think many European fully state-owned airlines, like Air France, Iberia, TAP Portugal, Olympic Airways of Greece, Alitalia are the airlines that loses money every year.

  • AVITOP.COM aviation banner exchange

I'm not sure if I missed something, but is there any way to check my banner stats such as impressions on my site, impr. of my banner, click thru rates etc.? This should include the possibility to change the banner occasionally. Also the script adds a text link ''Avitop.com Aviation banner exchange - Join now!'' below the banner, but when you ...

  • Re: A340 fleet achieves record operational reliability

Then why Cathay Pacific refused to introduce B777-200ER and then serve routes like Hong Kong - Toronto / New York? Because Cathay Pacific knows passengers want reliable service, and B777 is unable to perform this, and passengers have to land at extremely cold airports in Arctic when one engine of B777 is failed. So it is totally a suicide action ...

  • Re: Re:Questions... to all the Pilots!

I am a crew chief that works on the F-16s at Hill A.F.B. in Ut. These jets are preaty easy to fly. I had a ride in a 2 seater not to long ago and got to grab the stick! What fun! The game is way harder to manuver if u dont have a good stick to play with. I have the sidewinder2 which is a preety descent stick, for the price.
