It is possible for the Cobra to be useful in dogfight, but the conditions have to be so exact that it doesn't seem realistic to me to be thinking about it during a dogfights.

Did you say you must a have a four year college degree? If so, does it have to be a certain type of degree?

There a certain kinds of cluster bombs in which the individual bomblets have sesors of some kind that allow the indiviual bomblets to home in on individual targets. I'm not sure how it works exactly, but it's pretty cool.
