• listing comes and goes

My listing in the hot air balloon area is sometimes there and sometimes not. I can't even locate it with a search. It's there when I log in, but not visible to anyone else. I've tried to replace your html code, but the problem persists. What is going wrong? Please email me at webmaster@magicballooning.com

  • Re: SU-27

At high altitude the SU-27 will outperform the F-16 in a dogfight. At low altitude I would put my money on the F-16. The SU-27 like the F-15 is more a long range killer than a dog fighter.

  • Re: SU-27

run what do u mean that the Su f-16 speaks for itself? Surely they have their advantages over each other in pure ACM envioment. I would fancy the viper in the 450-550 knot regime and the Su at lower end of the flight envalope.

  • Aviation joke: Kerguluen Airport

The French Government once considered building an airport on the Kerguluen Island, an island of French Southern and Antarctic Lands, which is located at Southern Indian Ocean (43S 67E), but the project is abandoned because of lack of fresh water supply. (http://www.odci.gov/cia/publications/factbook/geos/fs.html) This makes no alternate airport ...

  • The aircraft development policies of Boeing and Airbus

Boeing develops only twin engined aircarfts except for B747. It even developed B777-200LR of twin-engined design and 16000km range. This makes many ailrines especially those of Southern Hemisphere, refused to buy B777 and switch to A340 instead because of ETOPS-free design of A340. In fact Varig of Brazil is the only airline in Southern Hemisphere ...

  • Re: Re:Rudders

I cannot guarantee results--but I will try to obtain the details you want. I did not use an exact replica of the rudder pedals. They aren't used very often.

  • Re: Re:top speed

Your numbers are pretty much correct. When I flew F16s the top end was about mach2. It depends: if you are going uphill or downhill.

  • Re: F-16AM flght manual

If you get that manual, send me a copy. I have been trying to get one for 14 years.
