Does having a floater in your eye hinder your chances of becoming a good pilot?  Do any pilots have these darn things in thier eyes?  They are those little black lines that seem to dart around in your field of vision when you move your eyes around.   Thanks

By the way, would I really have a better shot at flying with the Navy than the Air Force?  I can think of many reasons why this would be true, but I'm not sure. 

If you want to go to a service academy, then make sure you have a GPA of at least 3.5 and that you do athletics and community service.  The aformentioned GPA level is not a prerequisite (I think the minimum is actually like 2.00), but it is recommended.

I would like to become fighter pilot.   Recently I was diagnosed with lattice degeneration.  I wander whether it is possible to get a waiver for that problem. Can any one direct me to an appropriate reference (on the web)? Thank you very much.
