If you want to go to a service academy, then make sure you have a GPA of at least 3.5 and that you do athletics and community service. The aformentioned GPA level is not a prerequisite (I think the minimum is actually like 2.00), but it is recommended.

I would like to become fighter pilot. Recently I was diagnosed with lattice degeneration. I wander whether it is possible to get a waiver for that problem.
Can any one direct me to an appropriate reference (on the web)?
Thank you very much.

I think this year's graduating class had 500 of the first-classmen go to pilot training, not all will fly fighters mind you, out of the 1,000 or so graduating first-classmen.
