Just get a good degree (not drama) and a good GPA to match.  Start getting your private pilot license too.  Think about ROTC too and check out

i am 28 years old  i stand 6'4'' inches tall.    Im just wrapping up my college degree.  What are the hopes of me able to make into the Airforce to be a fighter pilot,  am i too tall?? 

They are probably referring to the time it will take for the bomb to hit the target.  It must be released before the aircraft is over the target, so the physics of the bomb falling must be calculated.
