If they accept you, its a pilot seat no matter what branch..  Then after that start looking at the life, Aircraft carriers you live on.. stay out at sea. Airforce always on land, get to go camping in the desert ...

First off, you wanna be an officer. Can you afford college before hand? because I would reccomend doing that and ROTC. Since you wanna be on the flight line you will probably pull long shifts and won't have much time for college. Teeth are just a deployment factor. If its severe, you cannot deploy until you get it taken care of. When I was enlisted my wisdom teeth were compacted, I could not deploy untill I got them removed. So no need to worry.

Having a 3.3 in an engineering major at a good school shouldn't hurt too much.  I don't know exactly how competitive pilot slots are out of ROTC units now, but you never know until you try.

If you passed the subsequent tests, you should be fine.

what AP classes were you taking? I'm doing mechanical engineering.. and my advice is get alot of the courses like physics 1 and 2, and all your math out of the way.. and you may or may not have to take these courses: but any statics class(statics meaning civil engineering physics on forces not in motion)  and maybe a CS class, Get these done ...
