eyesight is important on piloting...as you need it especially when you became a fighter pilot...your eyes should be fast or else enemies will come to you without you knowing it before hand and you can't get ready...

i am not that sure if your condition will restrict you on joining...but physical capabilities is need on joining military forces...still you can try and ask...im sure they will ask for something like your medical records or doctor advise before accepting you...

Physical and emotional part of you should be ready before you go on...So start doing sports for your physical readiness and yeah math is also important...you need it...
