Yes, they can enlist, but that is not the issue here. However, only officers can be pilots.  Officers must be US citizens.

Hello guys.  Hey I got a question for anyone. Did any of you people actually not do so well inhigh school and still become a pilot? And also what was youre math score?

Any of the hard sciences (math, physics, chem., etc) and engineering degrees.  There are probably a bunch of others, but those cover most of them.
