I'd ask on wantscheck.org. How old are you?  Your age could affect your ability to get a pilot slot.  I am also unsure if astigmatism is a DQ or waiverable.

I'm not quite sure about that. From what I was told, I believe pilot training in the USAF requires a ten-year commitment from the date you get your wings...but prior service my effect that.  Ask someone in AF Personnel Command, would be my suggestion.
