...except for that multi-million dollar radar in the nose and the AWACS behind you...

Yes, if you get citizenship and are able to complete Officer Training School before your 30th birthday, you could get a pilot slot (precluding factors I don't know about).

You need to get rolling on the US citizenship process. Citizenship requirements and pilot selection age limits are the most pressing issues at the moment.
So,
Get a college degree
Get US citizenship
Go through a commissioning program for the US Air Force or Navy
Before you are 29 years old.

Your biggest issue will be citizenship. You must be a US citizen at the time of commissioning. Unfortunately, to become a pilot in the USAF you must be selected before the age of 30. Unless there is a way to become a citizen and earn you comission before you turn 30, I doubt you will be able to fly for the USAF.

True, USAFA is not by any means a ''normal'' college, but I'm going to assume that that is not quite what he had in mind.

A 2.0 GPA will not cut it. Sorry.
If you can greatly improve it, you might have a shot at the prep school.

I think the minimum height for the USAF is 64 inches. You might want to double check that against official sources though.

First off, which service? Secondly, which route (academy, ROTC, OTS, etc)? In the USAF, you don't just enlist and go to flight training. Commissioning programs are competitive and require applications (usually lengthy). Getting a pilot slot is also very competitive and lengthy.
Grades (or prior military experience) ...

That is not true. The USAF will grant some people waivers or pay for PRK eye surgery. It is more common at the academy than elsewhere, but it is possible.
Grades/brains ARE important.
