    How to handle G Forces

Hey guys, I am a sophomore in high school and wanting to attend the Air Force Academy and eventually become a fighter pilot. I am trying to think of ways to become physically prepared for being a fighter pilot. Is there anything I can do now that would help me handle G Forces if I become a pilot?

    Work out.

The rest you will learn in UPT.  Being physically fit will help, and you can work on that now.

(...and do well in academics and extra-curriculars so you can get into the programs you want.)
