Position:

MAS Aviation LLC is currently looking for a company executive who is interested in general aviation, and becoming part of an expanding small business.

Currently we are seeking individuals that want to be involved in an aviation oriented carrier with one or more of the following:

-General aviation parts/sales background.
-Flight instructors of any ranking ( CFI, CFII, MEI, ATP, etc.).
-Marketing experience/education.

Hours of position are decided by joining member.

Compensation:

Compensation has no limit. As an executive a negotiated percentage of the company’s profits will be your compensation. This is a great opportunity to become part of something with big potential.


Description:

MAS Aviation LLC is a Member managed LLC.

Currently I am the only member in this LLC making it a single member LLC. I hold a 100% interest in this LLC. I am seeking an individual who would like to receive up to a 49% interest in this LLC.

How to gain your percentage interest:

When a new member joins the LLC capital contributions must be made in order for that person to receive a percentage interest. Which will be determined like so:

Total capital contribution to date from all members of the LLC divided by joining member’s contribution. (Expressed in a percentage)

Example:

Current Member Michael Sawyer:
Capital Contribution: 1969 Cessna 150J Market Value: 18,000
Total members Capital Contributions = 18,000

Future member contribution: cash, property, or services valued at 9,000
Future member percentage interest: 50%

I am an open minded individual. My beliefs are, in order for a business to grow we will need additional people that bring specialized skills/experience to the table.
