I represent a JAR 145 Licenced Maintenance organisation that is licenced to do all related maintenance on Turbo prop and piston engine aircraft, however an opportunity as risen for the Company to acquire 737-800 Tooling in order to offer A,B,C,D checks on Boeing 737-800 aircraft along with Base and Line maintenance.

Company is seeking a partner who would inject up to 700 000-1mil USD in exchange for a 25% equity in the company with return on Investment expected within 12 months and allow the company to buy back the equity after 12 months at cost plus interest thus making this a profitable investment to any potential investor.
