A 320 Captains Must Have:

Requirements:

Minimum Flying experience -  4,000 hrs (On any type of Aircraft)

Minimum Pilot in Command - 2,000 Hrs (On any type of Aircraft)

Minimum Pilot in Command - 500 Hrs On A320 Family   

Minimum Glass cockpit experience - 1,000 Hrs (On any type of Aircraft that has full glass cockpit) 

 Recent Experience -  At least three take off and landings within last 90 days or in a flight simulator.

 

Package for A320 Rated Captains:
USD 8,500 Tax free for 80 block hours
Commuting contract with 2 months On 1 month Off
Air ticket during days off to back home
8 Consecutive days off per month
15 days Annual Sick leave
Accommodation provided, 4 or 5 star hotel.
Contract period 1 year to 3 years.
No Bond
100,000 USD Life Insurance
100,000 USD Loss of License Insurance.
