Let me introduce myself, I am Gilma Russi, Engineering & QC Director in SAEP S. A., a small cargo airline operating Antonov An-32 airplanes in Colombia.  We are looking for an ATR42-300 combi, but we found you offer a quick change one, what sounds very interesting for us. 

But I wonder, what kind of cetification do you have for QC modification? Is there any kind of STC? Also, if you can send us a quotation it will be perfect.
