I don't know exactly what the ANG does for getting into piloting or how the commissioning/transfer program works to the AD USAF.  I would usually recommend AFROTC, but I don't know if the ANG is a better deal for you.  I would do some research and talk to your university's AFROTC commander, if your college has a detachment or cross-town agreement.

p.s. Do well in school and whatever military stuff you end up doing!  Good grades and reviews from your commanders will help out a lot in the UPT selection process.
