Just wondered about which airlines are going to fly the Airbus A380, and where will they go. Perhaps it's a little early to ask yet, but does anyone have any ideas?

I heard these are going to fly all 763s, but they are in service with Qantas first before the launch later this year. Strange move - when Australian Airlines get the aircraft handed over to them, they will already be second-hand.
Any thoughts?

Yes there are some aircrafts having middle bins removed in A340 especially in First Class, because there are fewer passengers in First Class and each passenger takes up more floor space, so less amount of storage per unit length is needed than economy Class. There are even some short haul carriers have their A300/A310/A330/A340 without middle bins.

Hmm, I wonder too. If the A340 is, as you claim, ''much better suited for trans-Pacific routes'' and ''better comfort'', then WHY would airlines much rather order the 777?
Airlines order whatever suits them best. For example, Eva Air ordered the A330 over the 767 because the A330 is superior to the 767. Instead of ordering A340 along with A330 ...

The 777 has superior overhead storage and headroom though. I suppose you're referring ...

I am currently 16 years of age from South Africa, and like many teenagers am interested in becoming the best fighter pilot that I can possibly be in the near future. My ambition and determination to become a fighter pilot is unlimited and my grades are exceptionally well and above the standard required. But my first

There were no commercial airlines before WW1, and most airlines set up between the 2 world wars (1918-1939) are privately owned without government investment.
WW2 makes many airlines ceased their commercial service and hence near-bankruptcy situation, so most airlines are purchsed by the government of their nations. This also caused forced merger ...

What? B777 is of superior interior design?
Its cabin is so wide that airlines cannot install only 6 normal long haul business class seats economically, so most airlines use 7-abreast design, thus making passengers have to suffer middle seat.
This also makes airlines cannot install 8 normal economy class seats per row economically, and have to ...
