Which branch has more combat aircraft?  I'd put my money squarely on the USAF for sheer numbers.  If you want to talk percentages, it would problably go to the Navy.

I don't know exactly what the ANG does for getting into piloting or how the commissioning/transfer program works to the AD USAF.  I would usually recommend AFROTC, but I don't know if the ANG is a better deal for you.  I would do some research and talk to your university's AFROTC commander, if your college has a detachment or cross-town ...

What program are you going through?  Class 1 for the ARMY?...I'm pretty sure the AF Class 1 is slightly different. I don't know a whole lot about legal issues.  I would recommend military.com forums (or maybe the site itself) for some poeple with more experience.
