When your in a F-16, or like a faster plane and you go max turn and you feel like 9.2 G, is there anyway to like survive from blacking out? and when you feel it does it hurt you?

You know sometimes i think to myself how do they get so close up to eacother? like the thunderbirds. They are amzing. and the blueangels. Sometimes they do manuevers that are so unbelievable. My question is how do they get so close to eacother? like in diamond formation, is it auto pilot do you have to use math can someone explain? Thank You. Tokr
