Yes that is correct. You can still use the weapons pylon, so it is just like an internal jammer.
It is just Danish F16s + some of the american guard units that has this configuration.

Being a hardcore F4 simmer I would like
to use pylon 5 to external fuel, by edit the F16 to carry internal Jammer.
But then again I don't ...

Hi Quizboy
The Jammer is carried in the pylon. One pylon has the jammer integrated and the other has Chaff/flares inside (see picture). There are also Chaff/flares located in the tail of the aircraft. I am not sure if the actual amount is a classified number, so I can't help you on that one.
