Hi all,

I've just heard that Polish Mig29's have been upgraded with western avionics at a plant in Bydgoszcz.

The new equiptment includes a Rockwell Colins AN/ARN-153 ILS/VOR, Thompson CSF SB-14 radar warning receiver and a Trimble 2101 Plus GPS system. Aircraft so far involved are 65,66,70,92,108,111,114 and 115. The Fulcrums are being given a new two tone colour scheme and are also distiguishable by two extra antenas infront of the canopy and new anti-collision lights.
