I am not sure exactly what you mean about Wild Weasel Eqiptment on the F-16 c/d. Do you mean what type of weapons/armament would be suited for a typical Wild Weasel mission, or are you refering to a typical system that is being used by these airforces? If you could elaborate a bit more I am sure we all could help you some how.
