Responsibilities:
- Candidate sourcing through advertising (newspaper, magazines, web-page, internet job boards) and database searches
- Salary and benefit calculations
- Development of policies and procedures
- Budget preparation and management
- Performance and absence management
- Employee relations/communications
- Maintenance of HR information system and general HR activities

Required skills:
- Local HR related qualification (preferably at degree level)
- Min 5 years HR related work experience
- Familiar with the local employment law
- Experience of payroll processing essentials
- Excellent English skills, knowledge in Russian would be big advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Well developed influencing skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organisation
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure, while remaining calm, friendly and helpful
