Today I would like to introduce a very good website on passengers' opinion on airlines: epinions.com (www.epinions.com)

Its Airline section contains many passengers' opinion on the airlines, with most of them being unbiased & factual.

Midwest Express, which features full business class cabin & no middle seats, is the only airlines having 5-star rating.

There are some carriers, like Singapore Air, Cathay Pacific, Virgin Atlantic, Jetblue, Japan Airlines, Air New Zealand, LanChile, having 4.5 stars rating & more than 85% of respondants recommended.

Some 100% state-owned carriers, like Air India, Olympic Airways of Greece & Alitalia of Italy, however, have very poor rating of only 2 stars, and no more than 40% of respondants recommended. There's even a Greek critized Olympic Airways of 3rd world service, seriously loss-making, flight attendants smoking in flight! He said none of the airlines's staff can be fired even of extremely poor performance because all staffs of the airline are Government employees. How bad the airline is!
