The Flanker will outperform the Fulcrum. Especially at higher altitudes. The Flanker also has better avionics and is more fuel efficient.
You also have to consider the ordnance they carry.

what would u say the hardest soviet fight would b? mig-29? su-27? you said in other post the su-27 is basicaly the better plane in a dogfight. So is it better then 29 in dogfight then?]
