I got a buyer who wants to buy a small EASA AOC that perhaps has a small turbo prop aircraft on the AOC and is potentially ripe for upgrade, target price is 100-150K Euros, AOC must be debt free and ready for immediate acquisition.

Provide the country of the AOC
Number of current Employees and their salaries
Current monthly expenditures (rent,electric etc)
Asking price and what aircraft types are on the AOC.

Ideally buyer wants to deal with owners directly, however if your a broker then buyer is willing to give commission equal to 10% of the final purchase price.
