Got my transponder certified last week and a part was found loose in the front of the unit. I have a picture of it here

The tech who did the cert did not know where it went and his main avionics guy is out of town. If anyone can look at the picture and give me a heads up on where to put it that would be very nice.

Hard to tell from the picture but I believe that is part of the detent spring for one of the switches. It gives a firmer feel to each of positions. However their is no reference in the service manual for that part?

The only thing that looks like is the white plastic clip that gos on the back of the face plate. That peice of plastic is part of an assembly that gos over all 5 knobs. Easy fix if you have parts, but pricey if you dont. If you need parts I may be able to help
