Prep for AFA or ROTC

I know that you have to be fit for AFA or ROTC. But does anyone know the requirements for your first PT? Or at least a good prep schedule,I've tried to look and ask everyone I know and no one can tell me a good prep schedule. I would be so thankful if anyone could help me.
