The chartered subsidary of flag carriers

It is common for European flag carriers to operate their charter subsidaries, like Condor for Lufthansa, Eurofly for Alitalia, to compete the true charter carriers like LTU of Germany, Edelweiss of Switzerland.

Both of them have very different or even opposite fleet selection comapred to their flag carriers. Lufthansa did not order and Boeings since early 1990's, and would be changed to full Airbus fleet when A380 are delivered. Condor, however, operates A320, B757 and B767. In fact Condor is the 1st airline in the world to receive B757-300.

Eurofly, however, is operating 5 A320, and would be changed to full Airbus operator after delivery of A330-200. Alitalia, however, operates no Airbus except A320, and ordered B777-200ER for its long haul routes.

But this is not common for flag carriers of other contients, because of lower fare.

Can anyone tell me more charter subsizaries of flag carriers?
