North American Airlines (www.northamair.com) is a very special airline, providing connection service for El Al passengers between New York JFK and some US cities like Los Angeles, Miami and Chicago. It also operates charter flights to the Caribbean, Mexico, South America, Europe, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Azores, the Middle East. It also flies charter flights for major clients like Club Med, GWV, U.S. and foreign military charters, as well as the White House Press Corps.

It operates Boeing B757-200 and B737-800, with average fleet age of just above 1 year, much lower than US airlines average of 15 years.

It just received a new B767-300ER, and would be used for long distance chartered flights.

I think the airline can operate some scheduled flights to Caribbean and Latin America, so to provide passengers more choice and hence lower fare.
