Number of passenger to be carried 10,000 – 15,000 c. Date of 1st flight in Pre-hajj Phase 12 November 2007 (Tentative) d. Date of last flight in Pre-hajj Phase 15 December 2007 (Tentative) e. Date of 1st flight in Post-hajj Phase 24 December 2007 (Tentative) f. Date of last flight of Post-hajj Phase 26 January 2008 (Tentative) g. Seating Capacity of Aircraft Not less than 350 Eligibility of Tenderer: Aircraft Manufactures/Airlines/Operators/Owners of Aircraft / Leasing Companies having aircraft of their own. Any of the above qualified Agency/ Company having aircraft of its own or legally authorized by the owner to submit the bid on owner’s behalf can only participate in the tender.
