Airlines sold for only one unit currency

Airlines sold for only one unit currency

There are not many airlines sold to other investors for only one unit of local currency, like US$1 for USA, GBP1 for UK, etc.

I know British Airways bought Dan-Air London, a large British charter airline, in early 1990s for only GBP1.

And if China Airlines of Taiwan ordered B777 to replace A340 on trans-Pacific routes like Taipei - New York, then there would be many emergency diversions landing at polar airports because of poor maintenance of China Airlines, thus killing many passengers in extreme cold. There would be serious passenger loss and sharp share price drop, and would eventually bought by other investors for only TW$1 (US$0.03)!!

Can anyone name other airlines sold to other investors for one unit of local currency?
