Any damage or loss due to cuter or inner package would be responsibility of seller to compensate.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Supplier should indicate origin and port of shipment, which should be supplier’s country.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;5.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; All available leafiest and catalogues are requested.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;6.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; All banking charges and other duties inside Iraq shall be for buyer’s account and outside Iraq for seller’s account.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;7.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Arbitration: any disputes or differences arising out of execution of the contract which could not be settled between the tow parties amicably according to the rules of Baghdad chamber of commerce. The Iraqi courts should be finely the specialized court.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;8.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Supplier’s representative will be informed the date of negotiation on the day of submitting the offer which should be with Director General, his Deputy, Commercial Manager or Exporting Manager, as well signing the contract. Copy of authenticated authorization mentioning name and position of the signed is requested.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;9.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; offer should refer to name and address of supplier’s advising bank.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;10.&amp;nbsp; In case supplier fails to ship goods within the period agreed upon. He shall be liable to pay a penalty amounting to 1% of the value of the delayed goods per each one week. And should not exceed 10% of the total value the delayed shipment.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;11.&amp;nbsp; In case delay was due to force major, supplier would be exempted from the above provision therefore documentary evidence issued by concerned authorities and attested by Iraq&amp;nbsp; consulate in the counter of the company testified to force major is requested.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;12.&amp;nbsp; We can only accept offers of producing and manufacturing companies. an /event&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;25.origin of the active ingredient and the name and address of the supplying company are to be&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; submitted by certificate legalized by concerned parties in the country of origin&lt;/p&gt;
