Where it say Avatar you can upload the image you want to use.

There are a lot of Aviation Forums on the net. Just search for Aviation Forum in your preferred search engine.

http://www.avitop.com/AspNetForums/User/MyForums.aspx

Then press the Edit User Profile Tab.

Scroll down and you should see the Avatar section.

Yes this forum is OK for that kind of discussion. You can ad a picture by pressing the Star and then pressing Edit user profile.Then go down to the Avatar sektion and upload your prefered picture.
