Mix it up.  Do some sprints, some 250s, and a mile every once in a while.  Freestyle and competitive backstroke would be the best, IMO.

(Not Navy, so I don't know what they like)

    Hello,
I am joining this group on the advice of my friend Julie that I met on the N4M Moms of Officers group. Hi, Julie!
My son is a NROTC senior due to graduate in December with a mechanical engineering degree. He will likely be the first class in his unit to be effected by the prospect of being commissioned IRR and having to look for a civilian job until he is called to training. Sad, but true.

Which is the best military school in US to provide physical training to become pilot.
