May 2012: Engine removed for prop strike inspection at tach time 3048.
Dec 2016: On landing, just before touchdown, the pilot realized the gear were not down and applied full power for a go-around. After landing, the propeller was discovered to have been “Q-tipped” and subsequent engine and propeller overhaul performed.
The exterior is in quite good condition with evidence of light corrosion in some areas which likely will need treatment. Paint around wing tips starting to peel slightly but could easily be dressed up.
The interior is in overall good condition. The seating is in very good condition free from any
major tears or cracking. Overhead and side plastics show signs of wear including some cracking but
none appear loose. Cockpit dash is in very good condition.
